David Grunat icensed Professional Geologist and a Certified Hydrogeologist

David Grunat

David Grunat brings expertise in remediation and development of the hydrogeological framework behind the fate and transport of contaminants in the subsurface. He is a licensed Professional Geologist and a Certified Hydrogeologist in the States of California and Washington. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences at Indiana University and his Master of Science in Environmental Geology at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. His career has focused on development of site conceptual models for developing and implementing soil and groundwater remedial strategies for projects throughout the United States and Canada.

Gregory Noblet Professional Engineer

Gregory Noblet

Greg Noblet is a California Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UC Berkeley. He has over 30 years of consulting experience and is an expert in site characterization, indoor and ambient air sampling, health risk assessment, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, Phase I, All Appropriate Inquiries, vapor intrusion evaluation, emissions estimation, and dispersion modeling. Mr. Noblet has worked on some of the largest redevelopment and remedial projects in the San Francisco Bay Area including Mission Bay, Hunters Point, Alameda naval base, and Vallejo Manufactured Gas Plant. He has also been integral in providing input and support to agencies in the development of regulatory guidance pertaining to several different topics.

Craig Pelletier Professional Geologist

Craig Pelletier

Craig Pelletier holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from Lehigh University and attended graduate school at Northern Illinois University. He is a California Professional Geologist with a proven track record of obtaining site closures, leveraging his rapport with regulatory agencies while advocating for clients. He has extensive experience in site characterization, remediation of various types of contaminated properties, environmental due diligence matters, and emergency response management situations.

Julie Hayes Professional Geologist and the Director of Business Operations

Julie Hayes

Julie Hayes is a California, Washington, and Oregon Professional Geologist and the Director of Business Operations at Path Forward. She received her Bachelor and Master of Science in Geology from Stanford University and has worked in the environmental industry for over 30 years. Ms. Hayes is experienced in subsurface soil and groundwater site assessments, third-party review, cost allocation studies, and environmental due diligence. She is an efficient manager of large projects and excels at tracking budgets and timelines, so all tasks are completed within project specifications.

Nick Loizeaux Professional Geologist

Nick Loizeaux

Nick Loizeaux is a California and Washington Professional Geologist with over 25 years of experience as a technical consultant in the fields of geology, hydrogeology, and contaminated site investigation and remediation. Most of this work has been conducted in the context of Superfund, due diligence compliance, litigation, or brownfields redevelopment. Mr. Loizeaux has designed and implemented numerous site investigations, which have included hundreds of soil borings, monitoring well installations, monitoring well decommissioning, subsurface geophysical investigations, aquifer tests, and soil, ground water, and soil gas sampling efforts. He has brought a number of underground and above-ground storage tank (UST/AST) cases and contaminated sites to closure, and has conducted numerous due diligence audits of manufacturing, agricultural, and commercial properties.
